Together, on #WorldLionDay, we can make a positive impact for lions. From lions, to landscapes, and livelihoods, the Lion Recovery Fund is working with partners across Africa to ensure a future where wildlife and people flourish together.

Thanks to incredible supporters, we’ve made amazing progress, including:

  • Issued 277 grants to 90 organizations working across 25 countries
  • Helped remove 71,164 snares from lion habitat
  • Supported more than 12,530 anti-poaching patrols

Yet there is still work to be done.
